Founded by a Chef, Stephen Bucalo and a Sommelier, Aubrey Craig, The Salty Butcher is an independent, boutique butcher shop and wine bar. Focused on bringing quality meats, cheeses, wines, and specialty products from Texas and around the world to our local Allen community. We support small, independent producers and strive to develop relationships with suppliers who respect their livestock and environment, bringing you the highest quality products possible.
